Case Papa works together with its merchants to create fantastic deals for its members. We promise our merchants a minimum number of purchases for each deal, so we are able to negotiate great discounts and pass the savings on to our members!
What currency are your prices in?
All of Case Papa’s deals are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
How can I pay?
Payments are all processed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. Simply click the “Don’t have Paypal account” when you get to the Paypal payment page. You can then pay using your credit card.
Will you have products for my device?
After you sign up, make sure you complete your profile to tell us which device(s) you have. We will try our best to find merchants and products specifically for you and your device!
I want a certain product. Can I request it?
If you have specific product requests (i.e. aluminum bumper case, docks for iPhone, wireless speakers, etc.), please let us know. We want to hear from you, and are always trying to find the best products for our members! Simply send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or fill out our contact form.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is usually FREE for all deals! If there are additional costs for shipping, we will clearly state it in the deal description.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will generally be shipped 5-7 business days after your payment is processed.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time is dependent on your country. Shipping will generally take 10-25 business days. Customs, post office delays, weather and other factors may increase shipping time. Case Papa is not responsible for any of these external delays.

How do returns work?
If your product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us and return the product within 7 days. To initiate the return process, send us an email at email@example.com. Make sure you include your order number in the email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and verify the returned product, you will receive a full refund for your order (but not shipping costs). We recommend getting a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost items coming back to us.
